Buy your KOHLER eligible product from your preferred KOHLER Store, Showroom, Retailer, or eTailer. Be sure to review current install service offerings to ensure your product is eligible for Kohler Install Services.

Purchase your Install Service

After checkout, you’ll be asked to provide the service dates, times that work best for you as well as a upload few images of your existing product to help your installer prepare. Depending on availability, an expert will typically install your KOHLER products within 3-5 days after arrival.

All Kohler Pros follow state and local health guidelines. This includes wearing of masks and increased sanitization.

What locations are eligible for this service?

This service is eligible only in Austin, TX, Kansas City, KS, Orlando, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Denver, CO , Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA and select surrounding areas. Prior to checkout you will be asked to enter the service zip code which will confirm if the service is available in your area.

What products are eligible for Kohler Install Services and what is included?

Toilet Install: Only one and two piece Kohler toilets are eligible for this service. Wall hung and intelligent toilets are not eligible. Your installer will bring all consumables including a wax ring. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct seat for your toilet.

Kitchen Sink Faucet Install: All kitchen faucets eligible. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct faucet to fit your existing counter was ordered. Your installer will not add new hole drillings to the countertop or add electrical under your sink.

Bathroom Sink Faucet Install: All bathroom sink faucets eligible except wall mounted faucets. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct faucet to fit your existing top was ordered. Your installer will not add new hole drillings to the top.

How does Kohler ensure fair pay and elevated training to their Installers?

Kohler works with all installers to ensure pay is fair for a premium level of service. Installers are typically trained by the engineering teams who developed and created the product, ensuring products are installed as designed.

What if my Install Service reveals a problem with my space?

All flat fee costs assume no issues (such as known leaks or your toilet rocking). If on site issues are present your Kohler professional will discuss options. Additional fees for service may occur, which can be paid directly to them.

How can I reschedule or cancel my service after checkout?

Please call 920-453-6305 or email installationservices@kohler.com to cancel. If you wish to reschedule please work directly with your Kohler pro.
